Great product, gives me energy and helps me sleep. Not many Multi's have Choline so that is one reason I liked these along with them being organic whole food sourced. Hope this company never goes down hill because they have some great stuff.

I've been taking these vitamins for a few years and they're great. The only significant side effect is that they'll make me nauseous and possibly throw up when I take them without food. I've had this same thing happen with some other vitamins over the years and I'm not sure what the exact reason is for this, but worth noting for others to be aware.

I've not always been a huge fan of multivitamins. The sourcing is the problem. I used to buy from a local health food store that was made from whole foods. But the rising expense eventually stopped me and you don't notice when you stop taking vitamins like you notice when you start taking them. Ideally we should be able to get all we need from a proper diet...but this is America and we love fast paced lives and tend to reward ourselves all too often with fast food and treats. Bottom line is we need something.

I am a woman but I bought these anyway; I didn't see a lot of difference between the men's and the women's formulas except this one had more of the minerals I was looking for. Anyway I have been taking one tablet per day for a few days now and what I notice is more energy! After covid I just never could stop feeling tired every day. These tablets seem to be changing all that; I feel as though I can really get things done instead of just dragging myself through the days. The tablets are large-ish but okay to swallow and I personally didn't feel any nausea or any other bad effects. In fact I really didn't feel I had taken anything at all, I just feel more energy and stamina to power through the days. I will definitely buy these again.
